Focusing Sessions
Focusing is a gentle and profound process of self-exploration that helps you access inner wisdom through bodily sensations. Through Focusing, you can discover answers and solutions that are not accessible through the conscious mind’s efforts only.
In a Focusing session, you will be guided through several essential steps:
- Self-awareness: you are invited to connect with your body and bring your attention to the present moment.
- Identifying the Sensation: you focus on your body, choose an issue you want to concentrate on, and observe what arises.
- Exploration: I will ask you questions to explore the content that appears.
- Clarification: in one or more sessions, you can uncover meanings related to your issue.
- Integration and Returning to the Present: you bring your attention back to the present and integrate the inner responses that have emerged.
A Focusing session lasts 50 minutes.
